AFRILUCK XTRA BONUS – TERMS & CONDITIONS
ORGANISER
This XTRA bonus reward program (“Program”) is organised by Afrilotto Systems Ltd (“AfriLuck”).
ELIGIBILITY
Participation is open only to AfriLuck lottery players aged 18 years and above. Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of AfriLuck are not eligible to participate. AfriLuck reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant.
ENTRY MECHANICS
To qualify for the AfriLuck Bonus Reward, a customer must spend at least GHS 100 in a single day on AfriLuck lottery games. Customers who spend between GHS 50 and GHS 100 may receive an SMS reminder encouraging them to top up their play to reach the qualification threshold. Each qualifying customer is eligible for consideration for the daily AfriLuck Bonus Reward. AfriLuck reserves the right to determine eligibility and selection at its sole discretion.
Customers can participate only through AfriLuck’s short code: *741# and www.afriluck.app.
Each eligible customer is entitled to one qualification per day. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent will be disqualified.
BONUS REWARD PERIOD
The Bonus Reward Program runs Monday to Saturday each week. Qualification is based on daily activity, with entries closing at 8:45 PM Ghana time each day. Bonuses are awarded between 8:45 PM and 9:00 PM Ghana time.
PRIZES
A daily cash bonus of GHS 1,000 (One Thousand Ghana Cedis) may be awarded to one qualifying customer per day. Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other prizes or cash alternatives. Recipients are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or charges relating to the bonus.
WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
The winner will be selected at random using a random number generator. SMS notifications will be sent to participants as follows:
- Pre-qualification notification: Sent to customers who spend between GHS 50 and GHS 100, prompting them to top up by 4PM.
- Qualification notification: Sent to customers who qualify by spending GHS 100 or more in the day.
- Result notification: announced at 9PM.
Winners will be notified directly by SMS using the official AfriLuck channels.
FRAUD & MISUSE
AfriLuck reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the qualification process, provides false information, or acts in violation of these Terms & Conditions. Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the Program may result in permanent exclusion or legal action.
LIABILITY
AfriLuck is not responsible for lost, late, or incomplete entries, or for technical or network issues of any kind. By participating, customers agree that AfriLuck and its affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Program or the acceptance of any reward, except where prohibited by law.
DATA PROTECTION
By participating, customers consent to the collection and use of their personal data for the purposes of administering the Program and communicating reward results. Personal data will be processed in accordance with Ghana’s Data Protection Act (Act 843) and AfriLuck’s privacy practices.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising in connection with this Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
AMENDMENTS
AfriLuck reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this Program at any time without prior notice, provided such action does not unfairly prejudice qualifying customers.
